You are Not Alone: Navigating Fear, Worry, and Anxiety with Jesus

An 11-week study for women that shares the beauty of Christ and His purpose for us as we walk with Him through our emotions and struggles. This study helps women experience heart change by leading them through a process of identifying lies and idols, repenting, and growing in Christ.

It addresses anxiety in a spiritual context and how it shows up in our lives and our relationships with the Lord. Those topics are covered very well, but what stands out is the battle strategy. After taking the class, we are equipped with practical steps to help with physical symptoms of anxiety, we have a better understanding of our own emotional/psychological warning signs, and we have a practice (the ABC method) that helps us to really start diving into the deep roots of what is driving all of this in our hearts.
